A person who takes anything of value from a person by the use of force, threats, or intimidation commits a class 4 felony. 18-4-301 (2)
The Crime of Aggravated robbery in Colorado
If possession or use of a deadly weapon by the actor or an accomplice is involved in a robbery, it is a class 3 felony. 18-4-302 (3)
The Crime of Aggravated robbery of controlled substances in Colorado
It is a class 2 felony if robbery of controlled substances involves the use of a deadly weapon, placing the victim in fear of death or injury, or being aided and abetted by an armed confederate. 18-4-303 (2)
